Shipping Information

Free shipping to the U.K. and major Europe countries.  

Your order will be dispatched in 1-2 working days after your payment is received.  A tracking number will be available after your item is handed over to our courier. Your order will be delivered within 2-5 working days depending on specific courier service and your area.​

Once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel the order. 

Shipping Destination

We are expanding our global shipping network, we currently ship our products to U.K and the majority of Europe, North America. If you need to ship to other destinations, please contact us before you place an order.

All our products are authentic and original from our authorized suppliers and they are brand new in the box.

Return and Refund

Under UK Consumer Rights Act, you can return the product you purchase within 14 days from the date the product is delivered; if the product develops a manufacturer defect within 30 days of receiving it, you can claim a full refund if you decide not to repair it or do not accept a new replacement.

Within 14 days, you have entitled a full refund only when the item is brand new and unused. We will deduct a certain amount of money from your refund if we find accessories missing or any sign of use. We will carry an inspection when we receive your item from a fair and unbiased point of the view. We will provide pictures or videos as supporting evidence to support our decision.  For electric scooters, a scooter returned with less than 1km range used will be considered as new, beyond this range, it will be automatically considered as used. The amount of deduction depends on the conditions of use (10-20% deduction). 

Within 30 days, if the item is confirmed defective after we test it, we will issue a full refund if you refuse to repair it and want your money back. If the item is initially reported as defective, but we cannot confirm there exists a defect after our inspection, we will contact you and provide pictures and videos as proof. In this case, we will conclude the item as working and you have not qualified a full refund if you decide not to take your item back. We will offer a partial refund using the standards above. 

All return shipping in the above situation is FREE when shopping with us, but you will need to buy the postage by yourself first and claim it to Paypal, they will cover the postage up to 15GBP. More information can be found here: https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns. We will send you a step by step return instruction when the process begins.
